Ingredients - 2 Servings

  • 100g oats
  • 480ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 75g frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana sliced (topping)
  • 75g fresh blueberries (topping)
  • 3 tbsp almond butter (topping)
  • 160ml unsweetened coconut yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Add to a saucepan, oats, milk, banana, blueberries, and flaxseeds and let it simmer for 7 minutes.
    Stir it occasionally to prevent burning
  2. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract
  3. If you like, top it off with banana slices, blueberries, yoghurt and almond butter
