Ingredients - 2 Servings
- 100g oats
- 480ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana sliced
- 75g frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana sliced (topping)
- 75g fresh blueberries (topping)
- 3 tbsp almond butter (topping)
- 160ml unsweetened coconut yoghurt
Instructions
- Add to a saucepan, oats, milk, banana, blueberries, and flaxseeds and let it simmer for 7 minutes.
Stir it occasionally to prevent burning
- Take the pan off the heat and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract
- If you like, top it off with banana slices, blueberries, yoghurt and almond butter
